Clicker training

I've heard of clickers being used to train dogs and sometimes even human students. would anyone know how to use these on lovies?;)

I do recall one of our members had tried clicker training and I think it worked fairly well. I've never tried it myself so I can't offer any first hand experience with it. :)

I have seen it used on an African Grey parrot and it really worked but don't know if it would on lovies, i have both lots of birds and would love to buy one does anyone know where they can be bought?

I tried clicker training with the lovies and the results were hilarious. Gracie loved the clicker -- too much. I guess the clicking sounded like a male lovebird's solicitations, and she eventually tried to "sit" on it. :whistle:

The males all seem to hate the clicker -- same reason, it sounded like another male in their midst.
