I guess the excitement of the day was simply infectious: when I came home I got the super special incredi PETE LOVES YOU!!!!! dance.

He just sat there running across the bottom of the cage singing his little heart out and swaying back and forth while wiggling his tail. And then I let him out and he ran from cheek to cheek making sure I was well rubbed upon and just 'peep peep peeep *whistles* peep" He's so adorable!

His little birdy rendetion of "Happy birthday!" I guess.

nah, his birthday is in january, I believe. Mine was yesterday, so it was the "lovie momma's b-day dance"
