Has anyone read Birdtalk magazine - this month's issue has a gorgeous peach faced lovebird on it's cover, and an article about lovies and parrotlets. I read this magazine every month - it has great articles, (although not always about lovebirds :( ) pictures, tips on raising your pet birds. this month also has a great section on birds and bathing . i know someone (wish i could remember who :confused: ) was asking about how to get our birds to want to bathe.

I've had that issue for at least a month now, and just sat down yesterday to read it. It was a good article on getting birds to bathe, and I really enjoyed the birdy bath pics:)

I've been subscribing to BirdTalk for over two years and I love it and look forward to every issue. There have been so many lovies in it lately and that always makes me happy! :happy: But, I enjoy all of the articles. Recently they had one about human cereals and the salt/sugar content and which ones are OK as an occasional snack or treat.

I don't subscribe to BirdTalk so I'll have to see if the local bird shops have that very issue ;)

I'm such a lovie-geek. I've bought about half a dozen books on lovies AND ordered back issues of BirdTalk with articles about lovies LOL

Thanks for the head's up... maybe it's time that I finally subscribed to the magazine ;)
