For those who might be looking....our humane society here is AMAZING and they have this lil fella who needs a home now.

kimmie, is the cambridge humane society a no kill shelter?? can you take her/him?? do you have more info about sunshine, if not, i might give them a call. poor bird :( how can she/he be a stray??
how far is the drive from downtown toronto to cambridge??

Downtown TO is probably a good 1.5 hrs to Cambridge...I'd love to take Sunshine but I just don't have any cages/room/quarantine areas right now....As far as I know, unless there is a contagious illness in the shelter, they don't euthanize.
I phoned a couple friends today and left messages...we'll see if maybe one of them can take him :)
