I have a 7 month old lovebird, Henry. Lately I've been finding lots of feathers on the floor around his cage. They're tiny downy feathers that are like little bits of fluff. I've looked him over from head to toe quite a few times now and I don't see any bald spots on him. He doesn't seem anxious or nervous, either. So I'm hoping that he's just molting. Any help anyone?

That's the right age for molting - mine is 4 months old and just starting to lose the greyish/bluish underfluff - every time he puffs his feathers up he drops one ;)

If he is losing that many feathers, and you are not seeing any bald spots anywhere (check under the wings and around the tail as well) then it's most likely just a good molt.
