I was just wondering... since we have crested budgies, will there be a chance someone will land upon a crested lovie? I think it will be cute to have a lovie with a 'beetles' look:whistle:

I sure hope not, as it would most likely have to be done via hybridization.....

but how did the budgies get their crest? is it possible for that mutation to appear without hybridization?
