I took Romeo out today and he was being his normal sweet self. he then started making these clicking sounds, then scratch his head, spin around in a circle once then he would reguritate. Is that normal? He isn't even one yet (Feb 12).

Sounds like Romeo is feeling amourous and is doing his happy lovie dance.
Hopefully he won't want to feed your ear...its hard to get the crusties out when you can't see them...LOL

Tango does the dance for me but, luckily has not yet regurgitated for me. He turned one sometime in December, but I would guess that he was about 8 months old the first time he did it for me.
