quick question

there is a possiblity that we will be moving here soon what would be the best way to take the birds to the new house? the house is about 15-20 min. away but it is really cold right now and i don't want them to get sick.

Have the car running and heated up before you take them out. Just wrap their cage in a thick blanket and try to minimize time outside.

I can't remember right now what kind of setup you have... if you have a fairly large cage, you would probably be better off using a little carrier to transport them. Anyway you could stick them in that, then have someone run ahead of you with their real cage and setting that up while you come behind with the birds? That way they could go right in to a familiar environment :) Just a thought.
