Weaned means that a baby no longer needs the assistance of the parents or the breeder to eat. It means it can eat on it's own. It usually occurs around the age of 8 to 9 weeks for a handfed baby ( a baby fed by the breeder) and a little sooner for a baby that is fed by the parents.
