BOY!

I guess that's what we get for using a girls name without knowing:rofl: . Actually we always planned to call him Celestino if he was a boy. I also call him fruit loop half the time any way.

Many here advised a DNA test but I didn't think it necessary. I'm really glad that I finally followed your advice. It helps to know what can be expected behavior wise and rules out possible health problems. Besides I would have had to wait a really long time for an egg to let me know:rofl:

It does seem that if you name one a girl's name, it will turn out to be male and visa versa. We have another member who found out the latter a week or so ago. Glad you know for sure now. Welcome...Celestino!;)

Yep, it's bound to happen. I named my first lovie Bella, and with a little help from Barb here I changed it to Bela(male spelling). I was sooooo lucky:)

Congrats on the little boy:clap:

I have to say it's really nice to finally know. Celestino was the only bird we didn't know for sure. With changes in behavior we weren't too surprised with the results but it is hard to say he instead of she.

We have a Bela too. We knew he was a boy but I have always loved the name. He now has a mate who also has a Hungarian name, Ertzsi.
