Was not sure where to put this, as its not really a breeding question etc.
As we all know research have shown when we ladies are pregnant, the babies can hear things from outside the womb. Sooooo that got me thinking can growing chicks in Eggs can also hear Mums heart beat as she is incubating and other noises. Not seen anything about this, so me and my Thinking at Night time,( 8o ) as gone into overdive, wondering if this is possible.
If so, and i do decide to keep an egg from Miss lemon and Poriot, think i keep my telly down
Any ideas any-one.
Cassy, that thinks to much. ;)

Good question! I bet they do hear noises. Babies (human) do, so why not birdies?
It makes me wonder what kind of impression you can make on the baby.?!:)

Well they certainly respond to warmth. Why not vibrations and movement. You would think all their senses would be stimulated and not just one or two. Just another good reason to break out of your shell besides outgrowing it. I think that they can hear because they are born inside and outside their mother. How else could their basic instincts develope enough to know that their parents are nearby to feed and take care of them. This is a great question! Now I can ponder this instead of the other things I should be thinking about.........Michael N' Goofy's been no help....
