A tale of 2 toys...

Ditto has 2 knotrageous toys. One in his cage and one hanging on his playgym. Apparently only the one outside the cage is for chewing on. The one in the cage is for hanging on for naps and feeding it. And occasionally standing on the branch beneath it and beating the tar out of the hanging ends. :rofl:

Tonight he was playing on the one on the gym and climbing all over it, when he flew back to the couch he had a little bit of string hanging out of his beak like a santa beard. After he went back in I looked and yep he's been gnawing on it.

He's had the one in his cage for almost 2 years now with not one thread out of place.

Hmmmm, maybe that's how I can get him to tear up the pinata I bought him for his birthday a month ago that is still in pristine condition. :lol

If nothing else, Ditto knows what he wants and what he doesn't want! Obviously, he doesn't want to destroy the one toy and may feel the same way about the pinata. ~sigh~

Piñatas often are, I'm afraid *fake sad sigh* , so you're right not to trust it, but if you let me take care of it, it will come back to you unrecognizable, ooops did I say that, I meant, unrecognizably meek and subdued he, he.
