a......BOY!!!!!!:clap: :happy: :happy: :happy: We just got the results back today.Its funny if he was a girl we would have gone with olive :rotfl:
His breeder told me she thought he was a boy and i also looked at his eyes(the females has a oval shape to their eyes and his is round).now we can start working on getting him and Sydney in the same cage (no baby worries).and they both get along really well.:happy: yeahhh

Congrats!! :happy: He is a beautiful lovie :D Most of mine are boys and I can definately tell the difference between them and my one female :p

Your breeder and I sex eye-ring lovebirds the same way and it works! I won't guarantee sex based on eye shape but when I go looking for breeding stock, that's how I make my choices.... :)

Oliver is a very nice looking Green Mask! Congrats on the sexing! :)

That's cool! I didn't know you could sex eye ring lovies that way! I wish it worked for peachies too at least for a guess...

Yes, I'll admit it, I am a fan of the boys! All boys, all the time, lets hear it for the boys! :clap: Course without a hen or two, they'd be no boys, right? :D

:rofl: Kimie, my lovies are my ONLY exception for boy pets. All but one of my cats (ELVIS) were females and I've only had female dogs. Yep, the lovie boys are the exception. :D Thinking back, my horse and pony were also girls! :)
