Ants

Hi all!
I have noticed ants in the bottom of Ayla's cage. I am curious to know if this is dangerous and if ants pose a threat to her health.

I use it in my bird room any time I see a single ant. I doubt that the ants would be harmful unless they are FIRE ANTS and those can bite birds and will not only bite the baby birds in my outside nest boxes but can KILL them if they are bitten. Fire ants will also destroy a nest full of eggs.

You might be able to find it at a bird fair but if not, you can order it on-line.
