I wish that a law would pass saying that every pet store should provide proper cages, food, and TOYS for the birds they are going to sale. Tonight my sister and I went into a local pet store and they had a lovebird(had the same coloring as this onehttp://africanlovebirdsociety.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album41&id=Photo_Credits_Karen_Hulvey_Dark_Orangefaced_Gre en_Young) whose feathers were dirty and tatered who was in a cage with two dowel perches and no toys. >: >: They also had a B&G Macaw in a cage with rust spots, one wooden perch, and no toys. >:>: Poor little birds if i could i would have bought the little lovie and given a good home but my mom told me that if i get another pet then i'll have to stay at home and not go to college lol:rofl:
