Is Doodle pied or "normal"

Ive noticed since Doodle has been molting the feathers on his chest are a light orange/yellow color. He wasn'st like this when I first got him. You can see what I'm talking about in my signature pic of him. The feathers are even more vibrant now than in that pic.

Is he pied or just "normal" :lol
