through his stomach. This morning I cut an apple in half and took it and a piece for Cookie upstairs. I munched on my apple and would give him bites of his. When I was done I stuck his piece on his cage and went downstairs to get the other half. I went back up, layed back and was eating the apple, which was interesting Cookie to no end. So he climbed down his cage door, hopped on the bed and came over to inspect what I was eating. When I showed him the apple, he realized I wasn't eating anything new and flew back to his cage.
YIPEE! It's Cookies first real venture off the cage since we got him. Granted it was only a minute but he came to me and wasn't really jumpy or anything. I'm hopeful this is just a glimpse of what is to come :D.
